Originally established by Boyd Overhulse in 1934, the firm’s partners have been integral to the shaping of the Greater Jefferson County and Madras areas since our beginning.   Mr. Overhulse was an integral part of the early years of Jefferson County serving five terms in the Oregon Legislature and was elected as President of the Senate in 1957.  Locally he set the precedent for this firm’s ongoing community involvement.  Forming a partnership with Sumner Rodriguez in 1949, the two of them developed a stellar reputation for being able to do the work necessary in “challenging” cases.  Other past partners include Warren Albright, George Neilson, Douglas Wilkinson and Ed Sites who were also very capable and involved attorneys.

Today’s partners are carrying on the traditions of being active in their community and helping neighbors improve the quality of life for all those living in the surrounding areas.
